Pastor Who’s Convicted Felon Makes Eclipse Prophecy That Goes Viral

A convicted felon running a for-profit “ministry” claims Monday’s solar eclipse releases a “seal” of Revelation and could bring judgment to the United States.

The video that Jim Staley of Passion for Truth posted has garnered 3.7 million views and 27,000 comments, with people repenting, asking for prayer, and affirming the need for judgment. Staley, who declarado culpable to wire fraud in 2015, said the fact that Monday’s eclipse will pass over two U.S. towns named Ninevah points to upcoming judgment.

“Could this be a hidden warning for the American modern-day Ninevah to repent from its current trajectory or face the same judgment of God?” he asked in his video. “I believe it is.”

Passion for Truth has a vision of going back to the roots of Christianity, with an emphasis on the Torah and Hebrew calendar, according to its website. Staley told El Informe Roys (TRR) that he’s trying to move forward with a “redemption” story after spending five years in prison. He added that God’s “blessing him more than ever before.”

Staley pleaded guilty to defrauding 16 mostly elderly clients of retirement funds of $3.3 million, earning him $570,000 in commissions.

But he also told TRR that he’s not guilty of the charges, but rather that the federal government “targeted” him because he’s a Christian. “They make stuff up to get you to go to prison,” he said.

He said his case was from work he did before he became a pastor, so this wasn’t a case of pastoral abuse.

However, the Missouri Secretary of State website shows he established his ministry originally as a nonprofit in 2008. According to Staley’s guilty plea, that’s the year he began defrauding elderly people.

Cuándo TRR pressed Staley for details about his claims of innocence, he accused TRR of not truly being a Christian.

“I’m not going to allow Satan to use anybody as an agenda to make Christians look bad,” he told TRR. “What you’re doing is a tactic straight out of the pit of hell.”

He later emailed an apology para TRR, saying he struggles with post-traumatic stress disorder and that his family has been through a lot.

Staley’s prophecies and ministry

In his viral eclipse prophecy video, Staley states that numbers, locations, and eclipses—especially Monday’s—relate to biblical predictions prophesying wars and disasters. He said the 2024 eclipse is the “twin sister” to the 2017 eclipse. He added that the two eclipses are notably seven years apart, and their two trajectories over the United States form an X on a road called Salem Road in Illinois.

The 2017 eclipse passed over seven American cities named Salem. But the 2024 eclipse will also pass over 26 more American cities named Salem, totaling 33—the age Jesus was when he was crucified, Staley said. Salem is significant because it’s the ancient name for Jerusalem, he said.

“This solar eclipse could be THE SOLAR ECLIPSE that unleashes one of the seals of Revelation,” he wrote in his video’s description. “I wasn’t a believer at first, but after hundreds of hours of research, I am literally in awe of all the ‘coincidences.’”

But some are skeptical. The Remnant Radio made a Video de Youtube examining the prophecies, including the claim that the X of the 2017 and 2024 eclipse trajectories lands on Salem Road.

“It’s a five-mile stretch and (Staley) goes, ‘It plays right over Salem Road,’” said Remnant Radio founder Josh Lewis. “It’s five miles, my guy. What are you talking about, ‘exactly over?’”

Michael Rowntree of The Remnant Radio said millions of Christians have believed prophecies that not only have questionable biblical ties but also include false information. Prophecies connected to eclipses do the same thing, he said.

“There’s no common-sense connection between these things,” Rowntree said.

Making these types of prophecies can be lucrative, added Lewis.

“For anybody who wants a super popular YouTube channel, just predict events based off of astrological symbols and say it’s Christian,” Lewis said. “You will accrue a massive audience and make lots and lots of money.”

Running Passion for Truth was lucrative for Staley before his time in jail, according to his sentencing hearing. U.S. Attorney Dianna Collins said he made a salary of $10,000 a month and rented a $1 million house, paid for by his church. Established as a nonprofit in 2008, Passion for Truth had three board members, including Staley, according to a 2012 annual report.

A board member voluntarily dissolved Passion for Truth in 2012, according to another filing.

In 2016, while Staley was in prison, his wife applied for nonprofit status with the state for a new Passion for Truth Ministries. In a 2017 annual report, she listed three board members: herself and two others with the last name of Staley. By 2018, the state of Missouri had dissolved the nonprofit due to a missed annual filing.

Then in August 2020, the current “ministry,” Passion for Truth, was set up as a limited liability corporation that takes non-tax-deductible donations. Staley told TRR he used the LLC format to protect the ministry’s assets. He said when the nonprofit Passion for Truth dissolved, he and his family lost access to those assets, and he wants to prevent that this time.

The IRS requires nonprofits to donate their assets to another nonprofit to prevent people from enriching themselves with donated money, or inurement. Staley objects to this rule.

“When a 501(c)(3) dissolves, all of its assets that were gained, that I was entrusted with, we lost all of it,” he said. “You cannot take the assets with you. You have to donate it to other 501(c)(3)s . . .  All of the people who donated to the ministry felt defrauded.”

He also said the government is “dismantling” churches throughout the United States using the nonprofit structure, and that many other churches are using LLCs to prevent this.

Staley claimed he has a board with members from other national organizations that run his “ministry” but declined to tell TRR their names.

“There’s no issue financially,” he said. “We’re very good stewards.”

Apologies and accusations of lying lawyers

A couple weeks ago, Staley claimed in an episode of The Life Podcast that prior to prison, he was running the “fastest growing ministry in the United States.” But then he had to “plead guilty to something I didn’t do.”

He said God told Staley his “heart was right,” but he had made some mistakes and needed to learn empathy for people. God also needed him in prison to share the Gospel with people there, he said.

In a different “prison apology” video he posted seven months ago, he apologized to people he hurt, saying God used his “suffering” in prison to “crush” his pride.

“In a very strange way, I’m very grateful for the pain and the suffering and the discipline that God gave me,” he said.

Staley said he’s a new man with “clean hands, a pure heart, a humble and contrite spirit” to whom God wants to give an even bigger ministry through this trial.

But he also said in both videos that he’s innocent of intentionally defrauding anyone. He said he thought if his case went to trial, he could risk being sentenced to 20 years, so he pleaded guilty to the “technical definition” of how Missouri defines fraud. But Staley said he didn’t intend to hurt anyone.

However, in his 2015 guilty plea agreement and his apology at the sentencing hearing to his victims, Staley seemingly took full responsibility for “knowingly and willingly” committing fraud.

At that hearing, victims shared their stories of hardship, saying they lost their retirement savings and that Staley used his faith to manipulate them to trust him, and Staley’s request that a victim lie to the FBI.

“It was me that defrauded you,” Staley said at his sentencing hearing. “It was me that wrote contracts. . . I’m going to absolutely do everything I can to make restitution.”

Court documents filed from prison show Staley’s change of mind about his guilty plea.

In 2019, without a lawyer, Staley made a motion to vacate, set aside, or correct his sentence that the judge denied. Staley wrote he believes his attorney “induced him with lies to plead guilty instead of going to trial which was the plan all along” and “hid critical evidence from him.” He wrote that his attorney told him he could be imprisoned for 15 to 20 years if he lost in a trial, but later believed his attorney corresponded with a U.S. attorney about a lower number of 14 years but didn’t tell him.

Staley also wrote he couldn’t “lie to his family, his congregation, or in front of God” by pleading guilty. So, he wrote that his attorney “misrepresented” the definition of fraud to include “accidental” fraud so Staley could, in good conscience, plead guilty. Staley also said his attorney prevented him from seeing his case file.

“Because of his education, intelligence, and background Staley felt he could and should be an integral part of the defense team,” Staley wrote in his motion. “In response . . . (his attorney) Scott Rosenblum told him, ‘You let me do my job and you just keep doing yours.’”

Rosenblum did not immediately respond to TRR petición de comentario.

According to Staley’s plea agreement, he’s supposed to make $3.3 million in restitution payments to the victims. He told TRR that he’s making “three times” what the government is requiring him to make.

But U.S. Attorney Dianna Collins expressed doubt about this at his sentencing hearing. Prior to his federal indictment, in 2011, the state of Missouri required him to make $2.9 million in restitution to the victims for the same matter, she said at his sentencing hearing. But by 2015, he’d only paid back $1,950 of that amount, she said.

“Mr. Staley doesn’t want to pay back the victims in this case,” she said at the hearing.

Staley’s biografía en línea says the state of Missouri had investigated, but “cleared him of any criminal activity.” It says he was only a “salesman” and the only one in the company the government “targeted.” When TRR asked Staley for documentation to show that the state of Missouri had found him innocent, Staley accused the TRR journalist of not being a Christian.

Records from the Missouri Secretary of State contradict Staley’s claim.

In 2009, the state of Missouri sent him and B&B Equity Group’s two presidents a cease and desist order, in which it says Staley made 10 violations of the law. The order also included violations by the two presidents and fined all three of them $30,000 in civil penalties and an additional $10,000 to Staley.

In 2011, the state followed up with a second cease and desist order. Staley’s guilty plea revealed he hadn’t stopped selling the fraudulent product after the 2009 cease and desist and had continued to make false and fraudulent statements to clients. The plea also states he wasn’t just a salesman but was the national sales manager.

At his 2015 sentencing hearing, Collins corrected Staley’s narrative that he was the only B&B Equities employee targeted. Two of its top leaders had both pled guilty to securities fraud, she said.

But Staley held to his story, telling TRR the government had “blackmailed” him.

“There’s nothing here but the government trying to make Christians look bad,” he said. “You’re digging up a story from 10 years ago and no one cares.”

  1. “the federal government “targeted” him because he’s a Christian. “They make stuff up to get you to go to prison,” he said.”

If this were an alt-right site this statement would been seen as normal and acceptable. It’s sad because the trend for some Christians is to blame the media/left/government instead of accepting responsibility for their actions.

And why do all the false teachers seem to be the only ones who can predict the end of the world…lol!

    1. Yes and Amen! Next, I ask where the heck are of these people coming up from and how do they get all of these followers?!

    1. My main writing partner off in Pennsylvania (the burned-out preacher) told me that “If you ever encounter a preacher who has titled himself ‘Apostle’ or ‘Prophet’, RUN!”

  2. Judgement will come . . . on those who are shown to be false prophets. It would seem that this guy also relied on false profits.

  3. Bad theology aside, why bring out the fact he’s a convicted felon? If this man has truly repented and served his time, who are we to bring up his past? Can you imagine always being labeled by your worst mistake? Definitely this man needs some good biblical training, but to label him as a felon is wrong.

      1. Kevin,

        Thank-you and EXACTLY!

We need to know who those who claim to be apostles are but are liars….

He may have paid for the secular crime – but in the Kingdom he needs to be well known and understood that we all may be VERY cautious – and his case – we know exactly who this fraud continues to be…

    1. How about the fact that based upon his conviction, he is disqualified to be a pastor according to Scriptures? PERIOD. He should not even be in the pulpit. PERIOD.

Read 1 Timothy Chapter 3:1-7 and Titus 1: 6-9 for starters and then get back to us.

And yes, he is a convicted felon. If he was an accountant or financial advisor, etc. he would be permanently barred from those professions based upon his felony conviction.

Once again, the godless secular world has higher standards for ethics in leadership than the American Christian church.

  4. In his testimony on YouTube, he claims he got his knowledge from God and self-study. On the other hand, his website claims, “While holding a Master’s in Theology he is currently working on four different books and is actively pursuing a Ph.D…” Where did he get his Master’s, where is he getting his Ph.D? If he’s getting his information directly from God, why would he want or need human credentials like college degrees? What organization ordained him? Here’s more info from the past: http://jimstaley.com/ Also from the court”…the defendant is claiming he is a sovereign citizen and that this United States District Court does not have jurisdiction over him. Courts have routinely rejected this argument as meritless.” BTW, an aside, should Michael Rowntree have said “astronomical”, not “astrological”? Perhaps he was misquoted. The subject here is astronomy, not astrology.

    1. I think Rowntree was using it in the sense of people utilizing the stars and planets as omens, which would fall more into astrology (with astronomy referring more to the study of how the stars and planets relate using physical/mathematical laws).

  5. ““I’m not going to allow Satan to use anybody as an agenda to make Christians look bad,” he told TRR. “What you’re doing is a tactic straight out of the pit of hell.”

Ticking all the boxes of another narcissist pastor, that will use DARVO, and victim narrative to justify his nonsense. If people are going to support this guy, they can only blame themselves for the outcome.

“In his viral eclipse prophecy video, Staley states that numbers, locations, and eclipses—especially Monday’s—relate to biblical predictions prophesying wars and disasters. This is counter to the words of Jesus:

    Matthew 24:36

“But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only.”

  6. YHWH our Creator and Sustainer of this universe and world made a promise 6000 years ago to the earth’s inhabitants in Genesis 3:15 after Adam and his wife Chawah had sinned (disobeyed) by eaten the fruit from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. He promised a Savior to the world, seed of the woman, Who would crush the head of the serpent. The serpent would also bruise His heel. He also cursed the serpent and told him to then crawl on the ground, the dust of the earth (snakes have hip joints!). This happened 2000 years ago when Yahshua haMashiach died on the tree of Calvary to cleanse us from sin and sickness. By His Stripes, we are healed. In Joel 2:25, YHWH promises to restore the years that the locust, caterpillar, cankerworm and palmerworm have eaten, including 6000 years now of not following His commandments (including the Shabbat on the 7th day and the 7 Feasts, HIS Feasts, which His Son Yahshua has full-filled and continues to do so). We are learning. The financial and moral crash of 2008 caught all of us on the earth in surprise (then with times and laws being changed also), and some with no financial means to recover. For those who are being restored, we are finding solace and courage and strength and ability and YHWH’s full-fillment to pay back what the locust, the enemy, has stolen. Even reputations. And money. And honor of self and others, as we have sinned. May we allow YHWH and His Son Yahshua to truly restore all things – Acts 3:19,20,21 – and not fight this Restoration – and then His Return in the clouds of Kabod will happen – Revelation chapter 19. LOOK UP for our Redeemer draws nigh – Luke 21:28

      1. And for the Jews for Jesus vocabulary – Rapture Ready Hal Lindsay with lotsa Hebrew buzzwords.

I lost five years of my life to The Gospel According to Hal Lindsay (i.e. Any Minute Now…)
My writing partner? Same thing with the 88 Reasons Rapture Scare of 1988.
Who will restore those years the End Times locusts have eaten?

        1. i can so relate. so tired of hearing these scamvangelists and the followers of them vs Christ. Discernment people and its ok to point the finger at a fraud and say, “prove it”. since the seventies anything and everything is proof of the end times. And those grifters have made a fortune. WAKE UP PEOPLE WAKE UP. they are not Gods and God actually will talk to you if you let him. I will believe when the say “hey i am full of do-do and I am a false prophet and per the OT now you supposed to stone me to death”.

        2. I thought the locusts were attack helicopters (or was something else the attack helicopters)? I lost track of all the pin-the-tail-on-the-AntiChrist prophecy conspiracy theories. Same as what is the Mark of the Beast? A Universal Product Code, QR Code, COVID Vaccine?

Ken, you also need to specify which edition of Late Great Planet Earth by Lindsay. I understand it is on the 3 or 4 one by now.

          1. Hal Lindsay is anyways disqualified from being a pastor as he divorced and re-married several times (like 3 or 4), about 1 time for each new edition of his book published.

          2. It was the locusts.

To this day when anyone talks about The Plain Reading of SCRIPTURE, I remember when the Book of Revelation Locusts were Plainly helicopter gunships armed with chemical weapon “stingers” being flown by long-haired bearded Hippies.

Remember that in the Seventies, Lindsay’s Late Great Planet Earth was the 67th book of the Bible, superseding the other 66. I remember “Bible Studies” without a Bible in sight, just LGPE.

Ah, the Seventies… So long ago the Bible only had 3 1/2 books – Revelation, Daniel, the “Nuclear War Chapter” of Ezekiel (the 1/2) and Late Great Planet Earth.

    1. Except the 2008 Financial meltdown did not catch all of us by surprise. There were some in the financial sector that saw it coming. All the dots and warning signs were there, just that few were able to see it. Read and Watch “Too Big To Fail” and “The Big Short” for starters.

  7. 7 So when they continued asking him, he lifted up himself, and said unto them, He that is without sin among you, let him first cast a stone at her.

8 And again he stooped down, and wrote on the ground.

9 And they which heard it, being convicted by their own conscience, went out one by one, beginning at the eldest, even unto the last: and Jesus was left alone, and the woman standing in the midst.

10 When Jesus had lifted up himself, and saw none but the woman, he said unto her, Woman, where are those thine accusers? hath no man condemned thee?

11 She said, No man, Lord. And Jesus said unto her, Neither do I condemn thee: go, and sin no more. ~ John 8: 7-11.

    1. This is classic sin leveling. Yes, we’ve all sinned. But very few of us are convicted felons who scammed elderly people out of their retirement savings. Plus, one of the biblical requirements for elders is to be “above reproach.” I can’t imagine how someone with this background could be considered above reproach.

      1. Thank-you Julie Roys

Of course we know that section of the text is not in the autographa

BUT far more so it is an entirely NON-analogous circumstance….which anyone who simply reads both narratives can identify.

      2. Amen, Julie. This convicted felon has not shown any remorse. He has failed to pay back those he cheated. He continues to deny any wrongdoing. He and his family lived a life of ease and luxury while his victims struggled to survive after he lost their money. Now he has the chutzpah to present himself as a Godly victim of persecution. Narcissist is too kind a word for him.

      3. It is also amazing to me on how people cannot get the concept of “above reproach”, who then bring up the old King David canard when called out on it.

    2. Not to mention it’s debatable whether this passage is even Scripture, which is why many translations note that early/other versions do not contain it.

    3. Nobody is going to stone anyone Katrina. And no….. most of us don’t spend hours of our time pointing fingers at others.

If you think Jesus never offered moral and spiritual judgements then spend some time with Matthew 23.

There are leaders (or so called leaders) in the Church who do bad things and it’s our responsibility to call them out in order to protect others.

    4. Katrina, the Pharisees were trying to trap Jesus in a legal argument. They had no interest in understanding or administrating true, which is why Jesus called them out on their deceit when he addressed their heart’s true motives.

Since you like to post verses, here’s some verses from 1 cor 5 to help provide context with regards to judgment:

“I wrote to you in my letter not to associate with sexually immoral people; I did not at all mean with the sexually immoral people of this world, or with the greedy and swindlers, or with idolaters, for then you would have to leave the world. But actually, I wrote to you not to associate with any so-called brother if he is a sexually immoral person, or a greedy person, or an idolater, or is verbally abusive, or habitually drunk, or a swindler—not even to eat with such a person. For what business of mine is it to judge outsiders? Do you not judge those who are within the church? But those who are outside, God judges. Remove the evil person from among yourselves.”

Judgment starts with the house of God.

    5. Willful sin and willful ignorance, in particular of the unambiguous teachings of scriptures, disqualify a person from pastoral/servant leadership.
This is not to say however that a remorseful person of faith can’t go on with a life of prayer, worship, and ‘foot washing’ in whatever shape or form.

  8. Deception is presenting something unaligned, presenting oneself as Christ, yet not living as Christ. That’s the joy we have during this time of darkness, the Lord giving us favor to see through deception.

A pastor went further with this video, 7 cities of Ninevah vs 7 cities of Salem (2017), ( https://youtu.be/60RbbWFhs0s?si=RGw1rz3UMGhp4jIx ). I was only given by the Lord permission for this short clip, because he warned me the pastor offers mostly opinions, otherwise. Instead, I went to the scripture in Greek about this sign of Jonah The first part of the scripture is not saying generation, but an active word, generate, and it is saying Generate Pain-Alpha. Who is Alpha? God. That’s the first part the Lord wanted me to see that he is saying with this eclipse, is that like Ninevah, we are causing HIM pain. Jonah was causing HIM pain by not wanting to offer horrible people the opportunity to repent; we rebuke with the purpose that people repent, not destroyed. That’s the whole purpose. Ninevah was causing him pain by being so violent. So, that’s the first part of what the Lord wants people to see with this eclipse, the pain being caused him by (specifically me) not being a Jonah prophet, not being okay with Sinful people who have hurt us to repent, that they stop increasing in suffering of others.

Jonah was to offer people who were murderers like Paul, the opportunity to repent or be destroyed. Paul suffered afterward, but at least he was saved. Yes, when people repent, suffering is coming, but at least they will be saved, God not losing another child. He loves all his children, and he rejoices when they make wonderful decisions. Let’s ease HIS PAIN!

  9. Looks like he wants you reap in a large benefit from monetized You Tube videos. Either that write a book or sell a DVD/download set of lectures.

  10. This is why Christians get labelled as kooks. Nevermind he is in jaiol for cause, I have no idea why converts get out of jail free cards, the thief on the cross, said what? We deserve our punishment, Jesus accepted his repentance and the thief was punished for his crimes, on Earth.

Where are the wise Christians? Where are the smart Christians or ones of common sense? I don’t get it, the church has allowed itself, it seems, to be the whore of Babylon rather than the Bride of Christ. Reminds me of Ezekiel when the angel had him dig into the walls of the Temple, to see the real versions of the pious.

  11. Well once again the old slogan rings true “there’s a sucker born every minute.” Referring to all the people buying into this. I get so tired of snake oil salesman like this guy. Don’t people realize they are enriching him by watching his YouTube channel and videos. You can pick any event worldwide and label it with your opinion of Gods judgement. The point is if your doing this just to flatter yourself and line your pockets with cash then your pretty much a false prophet. It’s like a scare tactic like our government constantly uses against us. I mean a prophecy like it’s crossing cities named Nineveh? Really? That’s part of the reasoning? Oh I’ve heard all you can about the eclipse means this and that and I say bunk. It’s all the everyday movement of our beautiful solar system which God wonderfully made. Gods judgement is seen everywhere and it doesn’t take a false prophet to tell us where to look.

  12. I guess the fact that a total solar eclipse happens somewhere on Earth about once every 18 months doesn’t mean anything to his fraud.

    1. Love this. I am a happy survivor of decades of end-of-the-world prophecies, “any minute now” watch night service dramatics, Sunday night rapture-themed evening services featuring every one of the second coming hymns, apocalyptic movies (all of them) clicking away ominously in the reel-to-reel projector–and all those last night of camp “be ye also ready” services with the altar benches full of crying kids. And here we are, still around. Best of all, no more snake oil salesman, prophetic grifters, superstitions, or, most importantly, FEAR. Eyes wide open to life, free. So wonderful.

  13. Seeing how the rapture and part of the tribulation would have happened before the Seal judgements, his prediction is way off to start with. Trying to line up events, numerology and other things to prophecy just does not work.

The Bible tells us what is happening, and in what sequence, just not when things start. I recall a plaque a layman in our church made many years ago and put on the pulpit: Sir, we would see Jesus.
If that is not the approach of pastors and others in ministry, they are not qualified.

A better point on the eclipse is that God created such a well ordered universe that we can predict with accuracy when such events will occur, and we can marvel at God’s power.

    – ES

    1. From the link below:

      https://eclipse.aas.org/eclipse-america/how-why

“What’s more, a total solar eclipse is a rare event, cosmically speaking. There are more than 200 confirmed moons orbiting six major planets in our solar system (Mercury and Venus lack moons). But in only one instance is there a moon that’s the right size, and at the right distance from its planet, to just barely cover the brilliant solar disk and reveal the Sun’s wispy corona. And that’s our Moon.”

“The Sun’s diameter (865,000 miles) is about 400 times the Moon’s (2,160 miles). The Sun is also (on average) about 400 times farther away (93 million miles vs. 240,000 miles). As a result, the two bodies appear almost exactly the same angular size in the sky — about ½°, roughly half the width of your pinky finger seen at arm’s length. This truly remarkable coincidence is what gives us total solar eclipses. If the Moon were slightly smaller or orbited a little farther away from Earth, it would never completely cover the solar disk. If the Moon were a little larger or orbited a bit closer to Earth, it would block much of the solar corona during totality, and eclipses wouldn’t be nearly as spectacular.”

  14. When a wolf is coming up against truth, they show their teeth. Truth is not in a wolf, deceit has already taken hold. They only try to escape consequences by what they do best: lying.

  15. I listened to his apology video on youtube posted 7 months ago and he never mentioned the people his frauded out of money were his elderly annuity clients he had sold in the past. And some of those fraud victims were followers of his ministry. To me, that is Jim still being dishonest about what he did in the past as he made it sound like that only investors were the ones he frauded out of money, not elderly clients that put their life savings into his scheme. I would be very uncomfortable supporting his “ministry” now as he is still not being honest about what he did to his followers. So why would we trust him now? He has not given any reason someone should trust him now.

Donar

Hola.

Your tax-deductible gift helps our journalists report the truth and hold Christian leaders and organizations accountable. Give a gift of $30 or more to The Roys Report this month, and you will receive a copy of “Hurt and Healed by the Church” by Ryan George.
